Amid the severe deterioration of the health system in Gaza, central laboratories are struggling to secure the minimum essential supplies needed for critical and accurate diagnostic testing. These laboratories are vital to clinical decision-making and treatment planning, and the decline in their capacity poses a direct threat to patient safety and healthcare quality.
This project aims to support the Ministry of Health’s central laboratories by providing essential diagnostic supplies, ensuring the continuity of crucial laboratory services—especially in light of the increasing number of critical cases resulting from ongoing attacks. Strengthening laboratory capacity is a key step in accelerating medical response, minimizing errors, and delivering evidence-based care.
